Hi everyone, I'm a former Flight Attendant and it seems as if the job I'm at now is heading no where fast. Ican remember when i was flying, we would have the FAA come on-board and make sure we were doing our demo correct, checking our equipment, etc...Does anyone out there know how to get involved with the FAA, if in fact Cabin Safety Inspector is the correct title,,or even how to apply for the position? Any info. is appriciated since i really have no clue where to start....thanks

Go to faa.gov and click on Jobs at FAA under the Top Requests heading. Good luck.

You might have better luck going through your airline by managing inflight ops for a few years first. Then make the switch over to the FAA with some management experience backing you up.
