Canadian EMS Co-Joes

Just wondering if there is anyone out there co-driving a S76 for Canadian on their medivac contract. What kind of time/IFR experience did they want from you to get on?

I know there was a few post on the old forum a while back about pilots on the medivac who were "less then pleased" with the working conditions, are things any better now?

I've heard they've fixed most of the beefs I had. A case of "too little too late" in most cases but I hope they've stemmed the mass exodus of experience.
