Celebrate CLT-CDG

Anyone get a sense of how this flight is doing, at least load wise? I know that doesn't equal profit, but just curious if the flight is full or not. Is there anyway to tell what % originate in Charlotte?

I would be surprised if even 10% of the average daily passenger load consisted of passengers originating in CLT.

On Saturday 06/13, this flight was completely booked and no non-revs got on. 62 of the 200 pax originated in CLT, 6 of those pax flew in first. So today, 31 percent of this flight's pax originated in CLT. I'll try to check more days and we can establish a mean.

Looked at Friday and it was over 40 percent. Don't want to get into specifics too much as I don't want to cross over a line of "proprietary information". I don't have a horse in the race as I don't work in CLT. Stats are just my thing.

Forgot to add: 199 pax on board.

Thanks for that info....30%, not too shabby, plus full flights. I guess the yeild will determine if they make this a year round flight, but certainly it sounds good so far.

Isn't it year round now? Didn't figure it was seasonal. Today it was 21 percent. Still much higher than the 10 percent other posters threw out.

Saw that DL has their CDG flight operating out of PIT. Don't know what the attraction is, myself. The natives smell funny and they eat things best left dead on the road.

Looked a Paris flights for next spring. Looks like a 330-300....I guess the flight is doing ok.

I noticed that the majority of first class pax originate in CLT. Wonder how many are paying or using Dividend Miles. Today was 38% and plane was nearly full. Someone at corporate used their noggin for getting this route restarted. Guess a broken clock is right twice a day.

I believe 10L or 28R has been reporting the % of CLT originating passengers...

Not only that, but is also scheduled to resume on 3/27 (one week before Easter), which is almost a month earlier than the start up date was this year.
