Not trying to be smart here, I truly believe Doug has a good heart, but has a lot going on at this time. He is human and I think he "just doesn't get it" on retention of A.C. with company and recent raise of $53,000.00 (fifty-three thousand dollars) per year.
Here's what all the US East employees should do:
1. Head to the fridge in your home.
2. Pull out a slice of Kraft singles cheese.
3. Put the cheese in a comat or US mail envelope.
4. Using either method mail to Doug.

This should give you a warm fuzzy feeling for the busy travel season ahead. Happy Holidays!

I can't imagine a greater cancer than the negative, bad blood that occurs on this board, I can only hope that it doesn't carry over into peoples work lives. That my friend..is far worst than any single individual in management.

I would like to say that it is only the sh_t-house lawyers and negative employees on here that are the real cancer and that what they post really does not matter. However, I work with the people that listen to these lawyers for advice. They may not believe them nor agree with them, but the consistant rant is making them sick at work too. The fact is, most people on here or at work don't know what is really going on in. They should absorb what they want and disregard the rest and not let the cancer or at work ruin their health. Like I tell my co-workers, "I don't know anything, because thet don't tell me. Care to share any rumors you have heard"?

I don't pay attention to most of the crap on here. This is a forum to voice opinions and feelings. Sometimes I feel great about US and sometimes I don't. This forum basically reflects life and life isn't always happy, happy, happy. If it was, then I would REALLY be concerned. Filter, my friend, filter.

Along with the soreheads and folks that just can't be made happy, I have read from a diversity of posters that raise reasonable points of concern or dissent.

Sorry to disappoint PITMC and yourself but, The use of lawyers was never mentioned. I was only suggesting in what I saw as a light hearted way for concerned employees to voice an opinion. You either live in a bubble or are fortunate enough to have always worked for someone who cares. After 10 years at PI if Tom Davis had suggested that I kiss someone's a**, I would have asked where and what time I should be there. He could be trusted that much. The past few years at US have seen some key players compensated very well for basically ruining the lives of some good employees. This includes their families. While making these bad decisions some in management chose to do even more by making working conditions rigid and miserable. Some of the key players are still on the payroll. Doing better than ever ($$$$$). They are new and improved now.... Aren't they?.... Regardless of what some say, I think D.P. is the man to lead the new US into a KICK ASS airline. For the little I know about him I absolutely think he can be trusted. Continue to keep your head in the sand and hope for best. Call me negative. Call me names. I think you are going to find out the hard way that some "new" key players are in over their head, and beyond that, can't be trusted.
