clt secondary lines go up to 97 seniority

i was just looking at secondary line results for mar and i saw that the clt sec lines went to 1997 seniority. is this a typo? good for our clt friends if not . of course us in phl will still be on reserve since blocks went to 1992.

don't know about the inflight seniority, but on the gates, people who were hired in 2006 and very early 07 are able to hold day shift bid lines - - something that used to take approx 8-10 years to secure. I assume this is due to retirements.....just throwing in my gate two cents...

It's true! My Wife is May of 92. Awarded a Secondary line for March F/A wise.

To think that everyone else after that seniority date is a RESERVE. Kinda funny in the airline world now isn't it? Yippeeeeee.

I'm happy for you guys, at least the numbers are getting better, not great but at least its an improvement. You really need to fix that scheduling problem overthere. I baild ship in 05. where I'm at right now, with two and 1/2 years I hold a 14 day off line. The trips are not the greatist but a line is a line. With 16 years here you'd be holding 19 days off domestic or as far as Tel Aviv in international. Good luck to all of you. 😉

Reserves take note. Not to worry about being overstaffed in the spring/summer months. The way this Shabang Shabong management team runs the T/A flights we'll all be utilized soon enough. SOOOOOOON enough. We'll all get our time in with after midnight recrews from cancellations and timed out crews. 🙄
