Well time to think what to do. The senior ones in PIT and Clt have the most to consider......

with transfers closing on the 18th pit & clt block holders senior reserves need to take a hard look at what they want in the next few years.......before they displace the bottom.....most senior reserves can hold a block in ALL bases except pit and clt......once the displacement occur bases will end up locked up for a while with all the first right of recall and things, movement will not "truly be by senority" as the btm f/a's get bumped across the system.

Its important to remember the last diplacement and those who got trapped on reserve in pit with an etb that dosent work for them.

where does us320pilot fit in?

lol hes a pilot based in lga....diplacements only affecting pit f/a....and those junior bh's where the pit f/a might go take the block and then the f/a missed the oppertunity to bid out and will get stuck on reserve.

remember recalls fill in holes after the displacement.

RECALL is good news

DISPLACEMENT is bad news
