Effective Aug 5 CO Express employees will be handling
American Eagle flights out of HPN. They will be replacing
the ground handling company that was doing the work.
They have hired one new employee. No one else has
taken any of the positions being filled.

Hmmm. I thought county employees did a lot of the handling there...

I wonder if COOEX will be taking over the NW operation there as well (it's one of the ones they haven't figured out yet)?

CO is taking over from county run vendor. Employees work
for the vendor. Airlines already flying in can handle
ticket counter, gates as a subcontracter. Ramp is handled
exclusively by same vendor. Vendor prices very expensive
so NW will not use them. NW is having hard time finding
someone to replace agents.
