And when applied as intended, the Scientific Method is about gathering data, experimenting, and testing known hypotheses. There's no step on the checklist for a scientist to insert her/his opinion. Then hopefully someone independently peer reviews their work to confirm it. That is how it us supposed to work. Are there people who have allied it to become corrupted by biases, politics, or business interests? Of course, but I would argue that they aren't True scientists, then.

And just as I know identical twins who are both gay, I also know twin pairs who are not. Also, my younger brother, the most genetically similar person to me on the planet, is heterosexual. But the article I mentioned indicates there are genetic factors, it's not my problem if someone has a comprehension issue.
