Second, you seem to behave as if it is hot news that anal sex is the most efficiently successful way of transmitting HIV, but as far as I know, that has been common knowledge since the late 80's, so I'm not really sure why you're making such a party out of it. Safe and effective sex techniques can make the risk minimal. Not to mention, when a positive person's viral load is at an undetectable level, you can confidently have sex with them knowing the risk of transmission is so low that transmission would be extremely difficult.

This is not a "statistic" it is an accurate count of all NEW infections taken by the CDC. It is not calculated using sampling. It is calculated using hard numbers.
