Reality check here.There are millions of guns out there that are unregestered, off the books. There is no way Hillary and her bunch could get them all. The genny is out of the bottle, and there is no way in hell they're going to put him back.

Far more cases come to the Court from the Ninth Circuit than any other court, and — not surprisingly — Ninth Circuit rulings make up a sizeable portion of the docket of argued and decided cases – 75 cases, or 25.7% for the last four Terms including the current session. During that period, the Court has reversed or vacated and sent back 79.5% of the Ninth Circuit decisions it has reviewed.

By a vote of 7-4, the court upheld a California law that says applicants must cite a "good cause" to obtain a concealed-carry permit.
 
The 9th Circuit covers nine Western states, but California and Hawaii are the only ones in which the ruling will have any practical effect.

When Trump lays waste to Hildabeast in November (prison or not) CCL will be nationwide, as it already is with criminals. Especially in Commiefornia with the illegals killing innocent citizens.
 
It's only enforced in 9 states, so far. It's funny how libtards are determined to disarm honest gun owners, and yet let the criminals arm themselves illegally, so they can rob, maim and kill? It's almost like it's a form of genocide. We villainize the victim and victimize the villain. We are going backwards and turning into a 3rd world country.

Yes it is a victory for those who are living the agenda, but soon they won't be immune. Unless they are the villain and want to kill folks that are different!

True. But currently the SCOTUS is in disarray. All you need is a California liberal and The Constitution will go to hell.
