You would rather spend more money top keep me alive than save money by letting my die with dignity. My mother who was bed ridden and doped up on morphine did not have the strength to go any where much less blow her brains out.

Insurance cost aside I am more than willing to take the money I can save the insurance company by artificially extending my life and put it toward ending my life in a peaceful humane way but it's illegal.

When you have a family member who is suffering you will know what this is all about.

The fact is that you can die with dignity without the healthcare professionals. One time they called it dying with honor.

There are quite a few things that could save the government money. Do you have a single instance where the US or any other nation that allows euthanasia where the government deprived care against the wishes of the patient? I know insurance companies have done this but I have yet to hear a single example of the government do this.

The government doesn't pay for your healthcare as far as I know.

you place the words of morons who pander for votes and like to be in the spotlight over the human instinct to survive and to heal.

Trust me when a person's time is nigh, they know. Doctor's do too. But hospitals know that medicare and supplemental gives a blank check at the end of life. Most of everyones medicare expenses are at end of life. they will keep you alive until you say enough and, in my experience, it is miserable. your last days can be comfortable or they can be a battery of futile and expensive test. why waste my time. this falls on deaf ears too.

You should hang out in a hospice facility some time. Go talk to someone who has a cancer that literally is eating away at their flesh. Perhaps a burn victim who has burns over 90% of their body and is just waiting to die because there is nothing anyone can do. Talk to someone who has end stage cancer and ask them about your morality.

The world would be a far better place with out your ignorance and morality. I can only hope that you are in a situation where you are forced to endure unending pain and suffering so that you can look back on this conversation and contemplate your understanding of morality.

You do what ever the heck you want with your life, just keep your warped twisted morality away from me.

Got news for you. Did some volunteer wqork for hospice. Again this makes your conversation null and void, because the peaceful setting that hospice creates actually gives even the suffering a sense of dignity. I've talked and known people with pancreatic and other cancers.
Your assumptions are rather moving if they weren't so ignorant. Again I don't talk morality with alley cats.

No the world would be dead without morality. You're just looking for a quick solution. If my pain was so excrutiating that I really couldn't live, and I had no morals, I would turn my car on in a garage.
