Did Obama Just Throw The Entire Election Away?

Look: I'm trying to rally some morale, but I've never seen a candidate this late in the game, so far ahead, just throw in the towel in the way Obama did last week - throw away almost every single advantage he had with voters and manage to enable his opponent to seem as if he cares about the middle class as much as Obama does. How do you erase that imprinted first image from public consciousness: a president incapable of making a single argument or even a halfway decent closing statement?

Revisionist history starts earlier every election period. This one immediately after the interview. Ryans spokesperson sain the reporter tried to put words in to ryans mouth. By asking a question??? Whoop! Whoop! TERRAIN! DONT THINK!

That's when the interview seemed to get testy.

Dunno, I saw the interview clip, and it's nothing like what you've posted above. Ryan didn't shut down the interview -- he just questioned how it was an odd question on the interviewer's part to try and bring tax cuts into a question about crime/gun control...

The liberal sites are showing a 1 minute clip... RCP has a longer clip, and it's nowhere near what I'd call testy...

Depends on what one's definition of "testy" is, I 'spose...

In the clip I saw, he does get up and walk off at that point, and also comments about the reporter putting words in his mouth.
