It's been said here before, but it's worth repeating. You know the USAPA clowns are nervous of what's coming up their six when it gets quiet around here. Gone from 20 pages a day to 2. It's over!

Your failed experiment is coming to an end. Just a matter of time now. RIP USAPA
Very scientific analysis. You are another genius undiscovered.

Funny, but I gauge it by the way Clear and Nic4us start chattering like monkeys.....some fantasy about selling land in the desert.

Fences, fences. A five to seven year fence takes care of all their problems. The Nic is another problem for them. Not legally.Just in its use. They have NO obligation to your windfall. They know absolutely it was never implemented. Not even a factor other than an issue to avoid. They have no worries legally, only the damage it does to them. DOH with fences gets rid of the easterners, and then the no Nic goes into place and they go on top of you. It is that easy. Even a caveman would do it.
Just a couple small problems with your umm logic.

Doug Parker does not and can not have fences to make the new american work. He needs to move assets around as the market demands. The east pilots are not going to get to close the door and play china for the next 5-7 years. The east does not only have to contend with the APA but also the company.

But with a joint contract the Nicolau will be implemented. That makes the Nicolau the only accepted and ratified seniority list for the US Airways pilots. As I have said before the APA does not care if it is an east or west guy senior to them they don't want any above them.

Looking at DOH 5-7 years still places a lot of east pilots senior to american pilots. If you think that the APA is going to accept DOH 5-7 years from now all you have too do is go back and listen to the whining from the east. They all cried about 5-7 year fences. Well they got an 8 year fence but still will not accept the Nicolau. Are the american pilots more honorable? That they would accept a fence then happily be move junior to a bunch of east pilots?

No! Game over. There is not a situation where the east gets DOH and avoids the Nicolau.

Parker could care less about the fences. The APA is all about fences. They are all about them, and they will protect the widebodies sure as rain. You are clueless. They get how fences keep the East away a few years, then they have it all.

Parker sure as hell cares about base fences. He does not care about equipment fences.

Yes the APA is going to protect the WB. With equipment fences not bases. Parker does not care about who flies the airplane.

Think for just a second. Whay if you get your bases fence. then Parker takes the few WB's the east has and places them in ORD? A base fence would not allow US Airways pilots to follow that aircraft because you are locked in the base. But with equipment fences the pilots would move with the aircraft. Also if Parker decides to beef up the international flying in PHL and moves 20 AA aircraft to PHL. WHo do you think the APA will want to fly that jet? US Air or AA pilot?

Just because Parker moved an AA jet to an east base will not mean east pilots get to fly it.

What happens if Parker moves 15% of the aircraft out of CLT to DFW? Do east pilots get furloughed and AA furloughed pilots get recalled? Bases fences are fences for pilots.

What kind of fence did the NWA republic pilots have? Base or equipment?

To far a distance won't happen, however PHX becomes a focus city if you lucky. PS Anybody know if the NDA is up today?
Ok have it your way. What happens if Parker moves 15% of the flying from PHX to DFW? The US Airways PHX based pilots get furloughed and AA pilots get recalled? Now that does not sound like very good protection negotiated by my union does it?
