As always Jim, very thankful for all the info. I'm however deeply concerned about the current practice for 2 speakers per flight on the JFK-NRT. Anyone familiar with this route, please correct me.I'm getting it from current Chinese speakers in JFK who took up Japanese to fly the NRT trips and honestly, as someone who grew up in Asia, I'm telling you, having only 2 Mandarin speakers on the 777 isn't practical. So far, 5 of the Chinese speakers in JFK do not want to go to ORD.It's far easier to commute to the west coast from JFK.Mandarin is the official langauge but anyone who has visited China or lived in Asia will tell you that the older generation also speak numerous dialects, many of whom will be buying Coach tickets and will need assistance. You need 3 per flight. So, that's six for a to and fro per day.
Anyone know where we can find the updated recall list?
Thanks
Anxiously waiting at number 77.
ps.there are 5 official Chinese speakers in my class.
