Delta increases PPT and RR04 for F/A's

Already on the heals of the December
14.4 pay increases and the increase in 401k
Delta with the EIG (who with F/A prioritization) announced that PPT is increasing from 49 to 56 effective 4/1/16 and RR04 will be paid off at 4 hours instead of 10. Also crew meals are improving.

Great news. At a minimum, you guys should be accruing the same PPT as the rest of us.

What is RR04?

EDIT: By the way, where on DLNet can I check this out? Did a cursory look see on the IFS page, but didn't see anything...
