WN does not just focus on leisure.  WN is my choice for business travel because they make it easy for me to give them money.  No 'gotcha' surprises.
 
If you flew WN you would notice the packed planes and business travellers.

SW has a pretty solid business model, they haven't been in BK lke DL, DL does more with less, yup, one less chucklehead on the payroll....

I'm just quoting the article.... talk to the author. Apparently WN's reputation isn't quite what some want to believe.

WN's system load factor is several points less than its legacy and other LCC peers.

There is no doubt that WN is pursuing the business traveler and biz travel makes up a growing part of their sales, but WN still does not fly to all the places a business traveler needs to go

Even WN's new "intl" flying: Aruba, Jamaica (ooh I wanna take ya) and the Bahamas, those aren't biz destinations. That's leisure.
