yeah just another pep rally for Delta management to get employees to drink more Kool-aid then send you a memo saying that we are now taking away the raise they just gave you to avoid filing for BK again!

Correct me if I'm wrong but ins'nt the Delta ramp involved in some union organizing right now? If so in managment eyes what better way to kill a drive than stick cash into pockets of pissed off employeess to stall a card drive.
