I have not seen any reference to U having obtained DIP financing. Isn't that required to go the b/r reorg route versus the liquidation?

let me tell you about DIP monies......
you need cash to operate during BK....dip loan.....funded by someone called a dip financer".
this is all well and fine until the time comes to "emerge" from BK......then as in our case good 'ol doc bronner floated us an additional 250 mill if i am right....to emerge and now we are at this juncture.
we can go into BK for whatever reason.....but unless we have some type of credit float during BK..its toast.and also without an emergence float...its time for 'duh'.
