I was at a meeting with Roach and his staff in CLT and they told us to work by the book.

You're boys Frankie and Billie were worried about PIT being shutdown so they took it upon themselves not to participate.

The boys in CLT showed the company they could not get away with farming out our work without repercussions.

And regard to the FM situation, why were Billie and Frankie having private conference calls with the company and not informing the other AGCs, the District and the International?

The union does not call people back and layoff others, yet Frankie and Billie were doing the very thing?

Why did Roach call them all to DC and forbide Bill and a local lodge President for doing what they did?

Why did Roach tell Bill expilictly not to hold private calls with the company?

You can portray it anyone you want but they overstepped the line and did the system wrong.

So for punishment they made Frankie a full time union official.

Unless there is another Frankie in Pit who had that kind horse power to merit the top dog at the IAM to call him on the carpet, your words here are very hollow.

It seems the membership elects to elect individuals who rant rave and scream especially on the internet calling themselves strange names. Then all of a sudden after and only after elected these individuals transform into a genius and become people who [c-a-r-e] for others in the membership. You can see this caring desire in action as such individuals constantly lecture about facts as they look down their noses while collecting your dues money taking pity on the membership they truly loathe but need to survive because doing something truly honorable is below and beyond their reach, beyond their capability because they are hampered with an elitists attitude. Parasites comes to mind. Poor souls. Why step up to the plate to defend CLT's lack of action in getting their members back on the job?

They worked within the parameters of the CBA and did not make any deals, and were in contact with the International on how to handle it.

And yes Tony does call Bill on certain issues when it occurs in CLT if Bill has had a similar experience.
