It is well past time for something besides negotiations. Maybe if the airline has a disasterous holiday travel season caused by labor unrest, maybe the creditors who are considering the Delta takeover will balk at Parker's proposal. I'm thinking that just might get some attention. Before any of you guys/gals start slamming me and saying that job actions are not fair to the customers and their families, I'm sorry. You can only kick a dog so long before it bites back. I don't know how things are going on the east coast but the morale is so bad here in PHX that it is close to a melt down. Middle mgmnt here acts like all of the problems are our(wokers fault). I for one would love to see a merger between US and Delta... after Parker completely resolves all labor issues. Also, the next time Frankie S. shows up at the hangar in PHX he probably should have some better answers to our questions. We are sick and tired of the standard union speil.

Have the mechanics considered joining the ramp for lunch on the tarmac? I like the idea of a nap time on the ramp. Like in kiddiegarden. Just lay down and rest. Everyone.

The IAM is telling us the same BULL as in bankruptcy . It seems they are setting us up for a great big fall. Why should we listen to the IAM ; for they are not listening to the rank in file about profit sharing and the IAM pension we don't want. Where will the IAM be when we need them after some members are out on the street. I KNOW !!! At the Company's Christmas Party - Sharing Christmas Cheer. Remember this the IAM officals who are doing the transition agreement are not feeling the same losses as the rankin file. Where are the IAM leadership telling the membership what needs to be done. I know - In bed sleeping during the night. When and if the IAM leadership come around and talk to you - tell them what you truely feel don't hold back. Talk to rhe IAM East Fleet Service members who are going to share 30% of their profit sharing money with the West Fleet Service members. You know you are being played by the company and you fall right into their trap.

You don't even realize they are playing you and turning you against the IAM and against yourself and dividing you and making your bargaining position weaker.

You all need to wake up and smell the coffee, blame the company, they are the ones who do not want to settle and give you a better deal, when will you all realize this?
