Consumer complaints piled up against US Airways in 2004
Airline among worst in the industry
Friday, February 04, 2005

US Airways' Christmas travel fiasco was bad enough to rank the airline among the industry's worst in mishandled bags, customer complaints and on-time performance in December, according to a report released yesterday by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

yeah if that is any indication then feb may be just as bad for this reason: our only clt 737-300 cancelled due to engine starter failed then our 930a pit cancelled in and out and our 820a and 1130a phl flts took over an hr's delay due to phlly problems then thr first two afternoon phly rj and dash cancelled again due to phl. so if the complaints were bad for december i cant wait for febs to come out. we had 63 on clt then moved onto phl which was full then of course all hell broke loose and the complaints went up

It will be interesting to see the Jan/Feb/Mar results with the structual changes that have been happening.
