No, it's called paying higher than standard lease rates and management fees. Those are only a couple of things included in the "other" category on the balance sheet. That, plus paying the likes of Ornstein enough to basically guarantee his commuter operation a profit regardless of their performance can all be included in the lawsuit brought by the creditors when UAIR goes chapter 11 again. I'm sure that without too much thinking many folks could come up with other examples of management ineptitude. Or, should I say, malfeasance? :blink:
