I do find the food choices quite good and the presentation excellent..
however!
may be a tad expensive, for some markets especially the sandwich. (what works in one area doesnt quite in another)
Complimentary meals offered in all cabins at mealtimes,
(B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner) with a focus on quality...
might need to make a comeback in the industry.. in some domestic markets regarding flights over 4 hours in the future.. IMO.
(I feel the trend will more than like start to go back in that direction..) especially, when those new aircrafts start showing up in the industry, such as the 787, you are going to see people start to shift focus towards ammenities a little more (and people wanting it and expecting to see it) regarding what the airlines will offer...as complimentary.
the for sale box could be themed periodically, maybe a sponsored sport team, maybe put a little plastic airplane inside the box itself.. something that would make the box or an item included collectible. people like to collect things, sometimes that is a reason why they purchase something in the first place.
