If that's the case then TEXAS didn't abide by the constitution either. THEY made changes because of coronavirus. Should we throw out the Texas results as well? An let the flyover red states join the suit. Hell....all 50 states could join the suit....but it will still get the same result - DENIED.Frankly Kc, you don't know what you are tailing about! Do a little homework and look into the case! That will tell you what Texas is saying is these States did not abide by the U.S Constitution, and that by doing so adversely effected their election. Oh, and may I add that more States are considering joining in on the suit! Now rob thinks he has it figured out, but as i replied to him, we'll have to wait and see!
Or maybe you can help me...where are voting procedures laid out in the constitution? Last I heard, it was pretty much up to the states. Here it is:
Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
They have to prove that changing voting process because of Covid was unconstitutional. What part of the constitution did they violate? Because saying that the change resulted in an increase in votes for Biden isn't going to carry much weight.
