One good thing I can say is MOST of the employees are working together to get things straight. 2 GREAT employees in TPA==you know who you are. And everyone else but one chairmans person has been not only helpful but kind and courtious. If we all stick together maybe we can make this thing work. As for the chairmans person who would only help me if I had a chairman on the line--wake up honey we're in this together. Ops has been more than kind when we call to find someone-anyone to help us and it's great not to get too many baggage calls in csd. Let's all stick together and help each other on both sides of the country--after all we are one United States. We do things just to work around the system and just hope we don't get too many exceptions thrown back at us. We're just trying to help the flying public and our friends.
