The local news in Atlanta showed Delta employees handing out 25,000 buttons to customers today about "Keeping Delta Mine" or something of the such. Also said they DON'T want to merge with anyone "Especially US Airways". I hope AAA gets a hold of them and then they'll see how "hostile" things can be!!

I think the time to pass those buttons out was when Delta management sold out their employees in bankruptcy court. Just like Usairways did.

I know a lot of the east people from CCY who didn't want to come out to PHX actually got hired at DL in Atlanta. Needless to say they're pretty excited at the chance of rejoining their former "easties"

If I were at DL ATL HQ I'd be worried about being replaced by my old friends since they are probably doing the job I have.

When the HP/US merger went through management was the one place that had signifigant layoffs.

Not to mention the fact that every VP there can kiss their dreams of becoming CEO at DL goodbye. 🙄
