Do you not even comprehend what you write? Incidentally, why do you even care?
They are putting together a second group of creditors. That means there's already one group that supports the transaction. Just in case you missed it, there needs to be some sway to consider this proposal. They aren't just going to throw a Hail Mary and say, "Golly, this here US Airways bid is fantastic!" It's good business to negotiate. I imagine that fine point is lost on you.
Perhaps you can chew on this one for a while:
