What's new

ETC down? Or is it just me?

If you are outsourced, doesn't that mean that you are not an employee? That you are not "in-house"? The only people that have flight benefits who aren't employees are the credit union people. True?

Not the Credit Union anymore...at least not Clearview FCU, formerly known as US Airways FCU....

I saw a reference somewhere to Piedmont Credit Union. I don't remember what document it was, pass travel or benefits, maybe they are the (outsourced) party you are thinking of

No, the Clearview and Piedmont Credit Unions are our banks. They are not employees nor are they outsourced contractors.

What's a little confusing is the former US Airways Credit Union (who at one time I believe were company employees with pass benefits, etc) changed their name during the last bankruptcy (can't really blame them) to Clearview Federal Credit Union, while the former AWA Credit Union has changed their name now to the US Airways Credit Union.

The old USAir Credit Union people were not employees; I had asked a teller in Pittsburgh once, but they were given the pass benefits, which I thought was very nice. I sorta doubt that the AWA/newUS Credit Union folks are airline employees either.

At one time, USAir Federal Credit Union's tag line was
"operated for and by the employees of USAir"

Great, I can join a third credit union

Off the topic of credit unions, I thought that the new ETC allowed you to see East and West flights? I am trying to see loads on flights from TUS-PHX-CLT and it says that there are no flights TUS-PHX. Im I missing something? -Cape

you have to click the airline you want.
Found it, thanks. One more question, can I book a buddy pass for this route (tus-phx-clt) using this phone system as I have always done? I know this all has been covered before on here but I missed it. Thanks in advance for any responces. -Cape

PS Did you know that Airways (the LCC) is charging $1400 for a round trip on this route with 10 days notice???? You have to be kidding me.

Outsourced ramp agents still have flight benifits.
We were forced out. Do we fly S-4 of S-5
