Remember when we (east) used to walk up to any flight at any time with your yellow slip, put your name and employee # and date of hire on it and if there were seats off you go. How simple was that, A-west system sucks!!!!! I know get out of the past.

So, I logged on to the ETC since I'm flying on east metal early tomorrow morning. Tried to check in and get a boarding pass but no place to check in.
HP check in only shows west cities.

Upper management should have talk to the training dept. and ask what the agents concerns were and addressed them
