Though it is frustrating as I was trying to list today as well I think the IT department needs to focus on our passengers and the shares system before directing ANY attention to the ETC. Sorry, passengers come first. I understand people need to get to work etc but we ALL knew this was going to happen.

Totally understand. Didn't mean it as to be insensitive to commuters. Not at all. They really do need to get it all worked out. My guess is that there will be glitches in the system for some time to come. Hey, it's a smashing success though huh? 🙄
