At first flush...the TA doesn't look so bad. But as we've said...the devil's in the details.

At DOS we get a nice moderate raise....however our next raise isn't for another 18 months. WHY? grrr....

That sends a red flag up for me....and I don't like it. Makes my dorsal fin flair. 🙂
No Cost of Living increase in between.

The rigs are good, the west f/a's will see a huge difference in their pay and credit just in rigs alone. And it's high time too. They never had more than 1 for 4 trip rig. They never had a daily rig..a VM rig or a 1 for 2 rig. This alone is a big boost for them.

Dead Head is 100% pay and credit...snap back for us...same for the west.

Sick Bank is a loss for the east. Why I don't know. They now want to pay us 100% for our sick calls ( as it should be) but have reduced our yearly sick accrual. Wrong!! We're still in the hole on this one item.

We're getting some of our vacation back...yet the west is losing some of theirs. Yet they want longer duty days from us all. And they are a sneaky about it too.

I've not seen any improvements in our 401K. Such as a bigger investment from the company to compensate for our HUGE LOSS in our Defined Pension.!!!

I want Doug to belly up to the bar and provide us with more than their pissy 3 or 4% contribution.

You have to look further into the big picture. IF there is a merger it will be round 2 of this contract.
Why do you recall people if you choose not to follow their advice?
The senior in PHX want to keep the junior poor.
The uninformed what to stay on a BK contract losing tens of thousands until a merger happens. Cut your nose off to spite your face. We're good at that.
