I'll have to look it up-but at one time there were locations in NYS where bars stayed open until 4 am, but I believe that because of the anti-drunk driving campaign, there is a statewide law that bars must close at 2. Can't say anything about NYC.

I heard flight attendents aren't suppose to drink, I believe 36 hours before a flight?, yet I know some that broke the rule. Arrive at 10 pm, go to a bar til 2, and off you go at 10 am. 😛h34r:

Erie County is 4am for last call, drinks off the bar at 4:30a, times are set by county....

His SKD would be cleared with a code SFSM or just restricted. However its easily accesible, he was paid for the entire trip even though he flew just 1 of the 3 days. In fact he is leaving on an intl trip tonight. So much for those who thought ONLY a union can protect you.

You're not lying, you're just dead wrong (and 3 weeks late, to boot). I would only decry an unjust termination, and/or a lack of due process. BTW, being termed for showing up drunk-which they apparently didn't- gets no argument from me, once proven.
