Going to visit family and one leg is RJ only...

1. Are there extras for a pass rider f/a?

2. Can I Jumpseat on West?

3. Can I jumpseat if on medical?

No. those flights are operated by Mesa Airlines, not US West.

I'm not sure, if you are on medical.
If not, then yes, of course, since the end of March.
East FAs go behind any West, if there's two East FAs, it will go first come first serve, beginning 1hour prior to dept. If two of you show up at the same time, it goes by date of hire.

You may obtain the jumpseat request form at the gate. You don't have to be in uniform, but casual business attire is the rule.

Some Mesa CRJ's / ERJ have cabin jumpseats it's an optional piece on equipment and most airline don't brother with it.
