Amazing and Pathetic
It's not the flight attendant's fault when it comes to delays. Passengers can be very rude and take it out on crew members. I'm not saying his choice of words was the most appropriate. We all have our tipping point and he was pushed to that. Being the only fa can be tough. I used to fly for a regional carrier and most of the times, I was the only flight attendant and there's really no one else to back you up or another place on the airplane to take a break.
