Not only that, if you tried to use a tailcone slide in a ditching you'd better have your Aquaman costume on.
That's what I was thinking. So what's the purpose of this slide?

The story going around is a supervisor wanted a grievance paid in a meeting with Mikey and two other supervisors. Mikey lost his cool and forcefully ripped off the supervisors badge from his shirt tearing it, and then tried to fire him . The supervisor filed a complaint with HR at Centerpork, and Mikey was shown the door.
It's clearly a terminable offense (Thou shalt not physically strike or intimidate other employees on/off duty), but it's not a Rule 32 infraction.
If he called him a racial slur or questioned his orientation or religion, perhaps a R-32 charge would have been stacked on the other violation, but losing your cool and tearing the guy's shirt doesn't quite qualify as hate-related in the way R-32 was intended....
And, if the guy was indeed shown the door for being an idiot and crossing the line that shalt not be crossed, why are so many of you guys so damn pessimistic about the rules applying equally to management & non-management??? I suspect the track record on the number of terminations *for cause* that stick vs. those which are reversed favor the union guys because the managers are at-will, but that's just been from my view in the cheap seats.

But put a picture up of a girl in a bikini or lingerie on your locker and and expect a worse outcome.
Personally, I believe a good deal of the management would prefer beefcake to cheesecake any day. Maybe that's why the girly pin-ups aren't welcome.
