Fear and Hypocrisy

In Obama's speech today he continually blamed Bush and the previous administration for instilling this "policy of fear" for the war on terror, etc.

But isnt that same "policy of fear" that Obama used to pass his stimulus thru at record speed? The world was going to implode yada yada, etc?

Is it just me or is this what politicians do?

Also, why does Obama continue to snow the American public saying he ended enhanced interrogations after he took office. Bush ended it back in July 2007. For Obama to mislead the public like only shows how big a liar he is.
