Since there has been no meaningful progress on a CBA for fleet, future IAMNPF benefits are scheduled to be cut. The multiplier is already inadequate as it is to provide a solid middle class retirement, but meanwhile the IAM has sat on their hands and selling the IAMNPF nonsense to the AA TWU folks, still no indication this alliance is a sure thing or if IAMNPF will get extended to the AA employees. Any negotiations update?
