The biggest beef I have with the IAM next to the obseen salary the AGC's make is communication! It piss's the members off when we find out our fellow brothers and sisters are conducting actions to pressure the company. The IAM fails time after time in organizing the membership in making them active. In Phlliy even trying to get information posted is like an act of congress! I'm happy to hear PHX ramp is pro active and fed up so Go gettum guys!
