Tadjr, I hear you. I know you guys are as frustrated as the customers. What represents inconvenience for us, manifests itself as a job security situation for you people. All of this stuff eventually works itself around to staff reductions. The frustration for the pax is that the schedule has become a "living organism". It just won''t stop moving. The other day, I called about a trip I have had scheduled for a couple of months, and the agent remarked there had been SIX changes to that record, so far, all involuntary.
