I'm looking for some more info on travel benefits as a United cust. serv. agent.

Do part time employees receive travel benefits?
Is there a waiting period?
Is it easy to hop a flight anymore with the fuller planes?

Depends on where you're flying. I have not been denied boarding in a long time. I fly weekly. I fly UAX a lot. I watch loads carefully. Now, when wx hits, well, no body is going anywhere. I sit with the revenue folks and just stare. Last week, trying to go ORD/IAD -- with several cancellations, I still managed to beat revenue home by routing through PHL! There are often ways, you just have to be creative.
