I heard Freedom is no longer a Delta Connection-anyone have an update on this?

I read something in the newspaper today and, if I correctly recall the article, Delta is utilizing a contractual right to terminate the contract due to alleged poor performance criteria during three of the previous six months. Mesa (Freedom) is contesting the allegations, in part because some of the cancellations were directed by Delta so Delta could maximize usage of available slots during irregular operations at JFK.

Thanks for the info! I had a heck of a week protecting clients after Aloha then ATA stopped service. Freedom runs ROC-JFK for DL and I went into panic mode when someone called and wanterd to know if they should take B6...couldnt find any info on it.
