Meatloaf is great but have you ever tried a Breaded Deep fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwich? A little more time and effort but a rewarding end result. When I was a kid Lee's Restaurant in the K.C.MO area can't remember exactly where served them and then later years a food booth at the Tulsa State Fair every year. My wife, kids and I like to try and replicate foods at home from time to time so we tried our hand at Tenderloin Sandwiches through trial and error and Google. The secret is tenderized 3/8" thick tenderloins an overnight buttermilk and egg marinade to break down the pork and saltine and flour breading. 3 min + @ 360 deg.

1/3 venison, 1/3 ground beef, 1/3 ground pork (1lb each). 3 eggs, 1 whole pack of saltines, 1 cup of cheeze-itz' 1 can of tomato paste, 1 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon season salt, I large sweet diced onion, 1/2 cup diced celery, 1 cup chopped shrooms, 2 tblsp mustard. Cook 45 minutes at 350, take out and drain off fat. Coat top with ketchup and cook another 10 minutes. Let cool completely then slice and serve with side of mashed taters.

We would but we have a hard time getting them through security. Their current appearance usually doesn't match their photo ID's from 25 years ago. The blue eye shadow is usally the same, but with the 45 extra pounds, 12 fewer teeth and the reptile tattoo on the neck, the TSA doesn't think it's the same person.
