FROM: THE DEPARTMENT OF WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO P*SS OFF OUR CUSTOMERS?

I have a new fee... Screaming baby fee. I just flew PHL - PBI, and I had seat 3D, and in 4A was a mother with a child (not baby actually) and I am not kidding when I say this, this child did not stop screaming for the entire 2 hours this plane was in the air, and the mother - could care less. Do you think maybe she would have tried to quiet her child if the flight attendant could come over to her and say, "i'm sorry miss, if your child screams for more than 5 more minutes, I'm going to have to charge you a $20 fee because you are causing severe inconvenience to our other passengers. I kept looking at the guy sitting in 3A and we just kept shrugging our shoulders at one another...

US - either charge for screaming children or have a PAIR OF EARPLUGS that you can sell me...
 
If we really want to hit a revenue stream we need to charge for all thi 'itchin and moaning. We can equally charge employees and cusotmers this could raise billions!

i have an idea for tempe... remove all overhead bins. if you cant put it under the seat, it doesnt come on the aircraft. 🙂 that would make me really happy.
remember when the overhead bins did not have a door on them... just a bungy type cord... and only "soft" items could be placed there... ie a coat... or hat

I say check it all.... and Please use under the seat in front of you.... stop putting your kitchen sink in the overhead...
