Fun contest! Guess where NWA's next "incident" will be!

Northwest jet diverts to Indy Sep 5, 2006 03:27 PM EDT HEADLINES New -- A Northwest Airlines Jet made an unscheduled stop in Indianapolis Tuesday morning. Flight 236 took off from St. Louis en-route to Detroit when the pilot diverted the DC-9 aircraft to Indianapolis after detecting a problem with a cockpit battery system. The pilot landed the plane safely and passengers boarded another aircraft to continue the flight to Detroit.

And the winner is ????

Also, not to "blend" tangents in the same thread, but here's an update on last week's DLH circus of errors.
Public has to make up their minds on whether they want Low Cost Carriers (thus the results) or not. Of course NWA has quickly become a Low CLASS Carrier thanks to the low class character of its CEO's.

Just a quick question, the people stuck on the airplane in the snow storm sued and were compensated. Tell me, can these people also sue or no because NW is in bankrupcy?

I'll take OSA. The Orient Scab Air Express ain't leavin' with landing gear problems. 😉

This time I'll choose SEA - and the A/C will have pressurization issues.

We have a winner!

Congrats PurduePete, even guessing in the same state:

NW1483 on 9/07 - MSP-MSO diverts to GEG. According to flifo on NWA.com: "Note: Diversion/delay due to mechanical problem". That's kind of odd to overfly MSO to divert to GEG.

well it seems that almost every plane Scabby Patch Air has has had to make an emergency landing gee wonder when the FAA will start looking into the scabby shoddy maintaince with NW now that it has been a yr. My next guess is PDX with hydralic

Jeez, its a Scab Air emergency landing everyday now!!!! I hope they can continue the good luck of avoiding a smoking hole. I'll take ATL, engine/s.
