I wish all those at UAL the very best of luck. You will be the better men and women than your detractors as they have shown their true colors.
Keep the stiff upper lip - it helps.

Thanks for the good words. I too am disgusted at the low levels people stoop to. There is alot of venum on this board from others, even before UA has filed for CH11. Let them think what they want. In the end, UA will survive and eventually make a strong come back. I think Glen Tilton will suprise everyone, from the skeptical "experts" and "analysts", to the very employees of United.
United is down, but not out! No matter how hard our opponents hope and pray, we will not go away. As far as the employees go, we have some of the best talent in the industry. In EVERY department. We still have the best route structure, other's are envious of. We've been running an excellent operation. We truly have one of the best products out there. I've seen our competitors product. Not just as a passenger, but also behind the scenes. The maintenance, training and flight departments. We truly are the best and have much to be proud of. What we've been missing is competent leaders and labor peace. Having Tilton fixes one of those shortcomings. Now if we can fix labor relations and expedite our exit from CH11 (assuming we file) this place will turn around.
To all my fellow employees,
Keep the faith! We need each other more than ever before. Look out for each other. Take care of our customers. Don't be distracted by the negative comments of our opponents. UNITED we stand. UNITED WILL SURVIVE. It's time to pull on the same end of the rope as hard as we can!
