In Tree's world, I suppose Kosher and Muslim butchers should be forced to butcher pigs.
But I'd bet he would certainly support a gay caterer's right to refuse to cater an event for Westboro members.
And it's OK in his world for cities like Philadelphia and school districts around the country to refuse to allow Boy Scouts to use publicly owned facilities (a case Philadelphia lost, btw).
Apparently he has no problem placing a higher value on someone's civil rights ahead of another person's right to freedom of religion, which is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights.
And to be clear, it's freedom OF religion, not freedom from religion.
