BTW Ms Tree, the customers in the internet cafe had no duty to retreat.They were being held at gunpoint. The use of deadly force was justified.

If the facebook posts that I have seen floating around are the real deal from Martin, there is no doubt that the "innocent teen" defense will take a massive blow. The ones I saw are pure "gang banger" type of stuff.

If Zimmerman’s MySpace and Facebook postings are scrutinized in court, Trayvon Martin’s will be too. Let it all come out!

Thats the thing about this. If they use anything from Zimmermans online posting or his past they have to allow the same for Martin. If the stuff that I saw concerning Martins online posts are the real thing there is no way the prosecution wants that to come out in court.
