I have taken a wait and see approach to this case, but it looks like a slam dunk for the defense baring some last minute miracle for the prosecution.

I suspect few defense witnesses will be called. The prosecution has already provided the best witnesses a defense team could ask for!

If anyone is following the trial via lawyer tweets from the court room, the State is getting their asses handed to them one state witness after another. http://legalinsurrec...case-witnesses/. It's obvious this case should have never been brought to trial.
