George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin

A legal cheerleader? Maybe you should be asking about the death sentence given Trayvon Martin. Until then, you are just an Albino Howler Monkey in this two-legged zoo.

Would it have happened if Trayvon hadn't attacked the Jew/Latino/Whiteguy?
Trayvon is the one who escalated the situation from an inquiry to aggression.

Little Trayvon had the opportunity to walk away and diffuse the situation, but it looks like HE chose to 'stand his ground' and bought the farm.

Little Trayvon will never get his chance to tell what happened. Zimmerman declines to testify.

Oh, Zimmerman most definitely testified -- he's on the 911 tapes, his interrogations were taped and played, and they showed his video walkthru with the police. His story never changed, and it doesn't appear that he's clever enough to have fabricated a lie this complex with as much circumstantial evidence as there to support it.

"Little" Trayvon also testified. He had THC active in his bloodstream, and he beat the crap out of a man 5" shorter than him. His text messages which weren't allowed into evidence testified. The photos of him handling a pistol testified. There's also no disputing at this point that he threw the first punch.

I'll suggest you drop all your feigned indignation, and start holding all the black-on-black crime in Chicago and other places up to the same standard that Zimmerman has been held to. Two or three shot dead every day in Chicago, and no cries from Sharpton or Obama to provide justice. And all that's taking place in Obama's home town...

Might be a good time to go read the rule book. Shouting out a bunch of dog whistles isn't proving a case.

Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable conclusion isn't what the law says. The state needs to prove their case with facts. Instead, they've asked people to connect dots which are pretty far apart, to paraphrase from O'Mara's closing.
