Fireworks all over the city. We aint sleeping tonight.

I live less than a mile from AT&T park (Giants Home Field) what a party. Even more lively than last year. My window is open and all I hear is GO GIANTS. Horns, cheering, and just pure fun mayhem. It is a good sound.

Pretty pricey area on a mechanics salary.
Most folks I know live in San Jose or the east bay.

Perhaps the OP lives in the Tenderloin. There's some cheap living options there.

The OP stated he lives less than a mile from AT&T Park, The Tenderloin is about 2 miles away.

That said I have to agree with xUT, a bit pricey for the average UAL mechanic ..... definately affordable though for .... oh say ....an ibt BA.

From what I have seen, with my OT, I make more than our BA's.
